6 cm (2.4 inch) circle muffin cup
Muffin dough

sugar
egg
banana
cake flour
baking powder

Sift the cake flour and the baking powder together.
Line the base and side with an aluminum foil cup.
Mush the banana with a fork.
Cream the butter.
Add the sugar and whisk until fluffy..
Add the egg in 4 or 5 times and whisk until incorporated.
Add the flour mixture and fold until half incorporated.
Add the banana and fold until incorporated.
Pour the mixture into the muffin cup.
Bake at 200 degrees C (392 degrees F) for 20 minutes.
