Ingredients (for 2)
18 X 6 X 6 cm (7.1 X 2.3 X 2.3 inch)

Arranged Bun Dough

bread flour
skim milk powder
salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
egg
butter
walnuts

200g
6g (3 tsp)
3g (0.5 tsp)
5g
4g (1.3 tsp)
20g
20g
50g

Caramel

sugar
warm water

Topping

almond slices
butter
granulated sugar

Look at Buns from 1 to 9.

Look at how to make Caramel. Add this when you make the dough.

Roast the walnuts at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 13 minutes and cool completely. Add this walnuts to the dough after kneading.

Put the dough in the lightly greased pan.

Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until 2 times in size.

[Leaving to rise]  It takes 40-50 minutes to rise at 30 degrees C (86 degrees F). If the dough seems too dry, spray it lightly with a water atomizer.

Cut a cross with scissors. Brush the surface with beaten egg.

Put the butter cut into matchstick-size. Sprinkle with the granulated sugar.

Bake at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 15 minutes or until golden.
