Pastry Style Cheese Bread

[Pastry Style Cheese Bread] Danish pastry style bread width cheese.

Ingredients (for 1)
17.5 X 9 X 9 cm (6.9 X 3.5 X 3.5 inch)

Bun Dough

bread flour
salt
sugar
instant dried yeast
warm water
egg
butter

200g
3g (0.5 tsp)
20g
4g (1.3 tsp)
100g
20g
20g

Filling

melted butter

proper amount

Topping

pizza cheese

proper amount

Look at Buns from 1 to 5.

[Knocking back]
Knock back the dough by punching it gently. Shape the dough into a ball lightly. Leave for 15 minutes.

Roll the dough out into a rectangle, 20 X 25 cm (7.8 X 9.8 inch).

Brush the surface with melted butter, leaving a 1 cm (0.39 inch) border.

Roll the dough up.

Pinch the seam shut.

Flatten the dough lightly with the palm of your hand.

Cut the dough into three equal strips.

Braid the strips. Put the dough in the lightly greased pan.

[Leaving to rise]
Leave to rise for 40-50 minutes, or until the dough reach the top of the pan.

[Leaving to rise]  It takes 40-50 minutes to rise at 30 degrees C (86 degrees F). If the dough seems too dry, spray it lightly with a water atomizer.

Sprinkle with the pizza cheese.

[Baking]
Bake at 180 degrees C (356 degrees F) for 30 minutes or until golden.
